KALISPELL — The Kalispell Chamber of Commerce has teamed up with a local manufacturer providing free cleaning products.

The Chamber will open its doors Friday from 8:30 a.m. to noon offering small business owners free cleaning supplies.

Kalispell business Applied Materials, donated hundreds of 20-ounce bottles of homemade disinfectant. Small business owners are allowed to pick up two bottles of the cleaning solution free of charge.

Kalispell Chamber of Commerce President Joe Unterreiner said Applied Materials reached out to the chamber asking how they could help. He said he was overwhelmed by their generosity.

“They’re 20-ounce bottles that should go a long way in most work places, extremely effective disinfectant, but they reached out to us as part of their community program and we’re grateful for their generosity,” said Unterreiner.

Applied Materials and the Kalispell Chamber of Commerce are encouraging anyone picking up supplies to consider a contribution to a local nonprofit of choice.
