Beckie Johnson has been giving free haircuts for anyone in need to mark Giving Tuesday, a day of charitable giving.
Johnson, who is the owner and operator of Lakeside Salon, has over 30 years of experience cutting hair.
She recently to Lakeside to be closer to her family and says she gives back to the community as much as she can.
Johnson explained that a fresh new haircut can help someone's confidence.
"There's seniors that can't afford it and whatever and it just makes their day, it makes them feel better," she explained.
Johnson says she looks for ways to give back to her community every day.
