Pop-up shop encourages support for women led businesses in Missoula

MISSOULA — There are countless small business owners in Missoula, and Kind Apparel is wanting to open their space to women led businesses on Saturday with an event called Gals Who Get After It.

The event runs from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. in the Kind Apparel office space. which is located at 211 North Higgins Street, in Suite #302.

Oro y Plata Metalworks and Joh Pots will be joining other businesses like Gemini Mountain Swimwear to create an event full of women who support women.

You can also shop while enjoying treats and refreshments from Turntable Bakery.

Kind Apparel owner and founder Mallory Ottariano says she wants to have the Missoula community come and support women led businesses.

“We are pretty new to the downtown Missoula area, and we have been wanting to celebrate and showcase some of our products to the local community and give back and offer some shopping opportunities to women in the community. So we open up our doors this weekend to let everybody in," said Ottariano.
