MISSOULA — An elderly man has died from injuries he sustained in a late November car crash in Missoula.

The Missoula County Sheriff’s Office reports Dorrence Tucker, 93, of Missoula succumbed to his injuries from a Nov. 30 collision on Reserve Street.

Tucker was attempting to turn left into a parking lot near Schramm Road when he failed to yield for another vehicle, according to the Montana Highway Patrol.

Tucker’s car and a Subaru driven by a 21-year-old woman collided. Tucker was taken to St. Patrick Hospital and later died from his injuries on Dec. 23.

The driver and passenger of the Subaru were not injured.

The Montana Highway Patrol said everyone involved was wearing seat belts and drugs, alcohol, and speed are not suspected factors.
