One person died after a Saturday evening crash in Sanders County.
The Montana Highway Patrol was called to the scene near Hot Springs at around 7:40 p.m.
A 46-year-old woman was traveling eastbound on Little Bitterroot Road with a 39-year-old female passenger.
The driver attempted to turn left on a curve, failed to maintain control of the vehicle, and rolled off the right side of the roadway.
Neither occupant was wearing a seatbelt. MHP reports that the 46-year-old driver died and the passenger survived.
Alcohol and speed are suspected factors in the crash.
