HAMILTON — The Hamilton School District sent a press release on Sunday that states the district is canceling school on Monday March 16th and Tuesday March 17th to prepare for a potential long-term school closure.
During this time, the district will make plans to deliver instruction and meals.
School officials are holding an emergency meeting of the board Sunday night at 7:30 p.m. to discuss the issues related to a temporary closure of the district due to the presence of COVID-19 in the greater Hamilton area.
The district will provide the opportunity to observe the meeting by Facebook on their Hamilton School District #3 page and will accept comments in writing via email before and during the meeting.
