MISSOULA – Lucky’s Market is now connected to the Southgate Mall instead of just being adjacent to it.
An entrance in the back of the store will now allow shoppers to flow freely between the Garden City’s newest grocery store and Southgate Mall.
Lucky’s has also created a sitting area outside of the entrance that will allow shoppers to sit and eat any food or drinks they ordered inside Lucky’s
Southgate Mall has always planned for the entrance since the store’s inception and now it gives shoppers some new options when they go to the mall.
“People can park with us, go into the mall and shop, come do all their grocery shopping. Or if they’re shopping at the mall and then just want to grab a bite, they built this really nice room right outside the door to where people can sit and eat, so it’s almost like a second food court,” said Lucky’s store director Chad Johnson.
Customers can carry any items purchased from Lucky’s in the mall, but they won’t be able to consume everything they purchase. For example, if you purchase alcohol in Lucky’s you can carry it through the mall, but are not allowed to consume it.
