MISSOULA – Thanksgiving travel inside the city limits of Missoula will be a little easier thanks to the Montana Department of Transportation.
Construction on the Russell Street Bridge project will be put on pause during the Thanksgiving holiday.
Crews will stop their work on Wednesday afternoon and resume work on Monday, Nov. 26.
Despite the lack of road crews on site, people should still be aware of signage and changing conditions in the area.
The existing configuration of the traffic through Russell Street will remain the same and should remain the same for the foreseeable future, according to MDT.
