MISSOULA – The Mansfield Library will reopen Tuesday at 5 p.m. after it was closed Sunday morning after a pipe burst.
The pipe burst on the fourth floor and caused flooding on all levels of the library. University of Montana spokesperson Paula Short reports damage to library collections was minimal.
UM has completed testing and inspection of the building and determined the facility is safe to reopen. Fans and other equipment will remain on-site until cleanup is complete.
