MISSOULA – Montana Snowbowl got some fresh powder last week, just in time for the Snow-mazing Weekend event.
Temps dropped below zero, and the sun made an appearance as the ski area hosted Board of Missoula‘s 30th anniversary celebration over the weekend.
Snowboard demonstrations, competitions and fundraisers added to the celebration.
Never Summer Snowboards Northwest Representative Tim Eberly says Sunday was a perfect sunny day to shred.
“Oh man, people are psyched. We had a big air contest that went off really well, nobody got hurt and everything went well,” Eberly said.
“We all had a great time last night too, it was a bit cloudier too but we woke up and it was bluebird. And the races look like it’s just going smoothe so yeah people are psyched.”
Eberly added a congratulations to Board of Missoula for making the 30 year mark.
