MISSOULA – A Missoula man was hurt when his semi truck crashed in Idaho on Wednesday morning.
The Idaho State Police report that Christopher W Johnson, 34, was driving a semi full of wood chips on US Highway 12 near Powell shortly before 11:45 a.m. when he failed to a negotiate a curve and crashed.
ISP reports that the roadway was completely blocked for four hours, and the roadway continues to be partially blocked during recovery of the trailer.
Johnson, who was wearing a seatbelt, was taken by ground ambulance to Syringa Hospital in Grangeville. The investigation into the accident continues.
