UPDATE: Alert cancelled, Missoula woman found safe

MISSOULA – A Missoula woman who was the subject of a Missing Endangered Person Advisory (MEPA) issued on Wednesday has been found safe.

Authorities report that Mia Hoffman-Cluchey, 24, was found safe on Wednesday night. No other information is being released at this time.

The  Missoula Police Department is thanking everyone for their assistance in finding Hoffman-Cluchey.

MISSOULA- Authorities are looking for a missing Missoula woman who may be held against her will.

The Montana Department of Justice has issued a Missing Endangered Person Advisory on behalf of Mia Hoffman-Cluchey.

Mia is a 24-year-old white female, who is 5’2″ tall and weighs 120 pounds. She has hazel eyes and brown hair.

She has a tattoo on her left rib cage with the script “If love could have saved you, you would have lived forever.”

Mia was last seen wearing a red strapless top with sleeves and short black shorts on Wednesday at 12 p.m. and last heard from at 8 p.m. on the same day.

Missoula Police believe Mia may be traveling in the Glacier National Park area with an older male, unknown race, tall, slightly overweight, grey hair (possibly in a ponytail) with a braided grey beard wearing a bright orange t shirt.

Missoula PD believes Mia is possibly being held against her will. There is no vehicle description.
