UPDATE
Two people have been taken to a Missoula hospital following a Wednesday afternoon crash involving a motorcycle and an SUV.
Missoula Police Department spokesman Sgt. Travis Welsh told MTN News that it appears the two people on the motorcycle suffered significant injuries in the accident.
A small SUV pulling out of Flynn Lane onto West Broadway collided with the motorcycle. The driver is said to be cooperating with investigators.
There is lane blockage in the area as emergency crews continue to investigate the crash.

Emergency crews are the scene of an accident with reported injuries in Missoula.
The accident is at the intersection of West Broadway and Flynn Lane. Numerous emergency vehicles are at the scene.
The Missoula Police Department said on Twitter that "officers on the scene are calling for barricades" to block off part of the area.

A MEANS Alert sent out states there is lane blockage in the area. Motorists are advised to find an alternative route.
