The man accused of a 2018 Missoula double homicide is now charged for an altercation at the jail.
Jonathan Whitworth was charged with assault for allegedly punching another inmate back in February.
According to court documents, Whitworth was waiting to appear in court via video, when he jumped out of his chair and punched the other inmate.
Charges filed Monday say the incident occurred on February 12.
