Missoulians react to the weekend's cold temperatures

While the rapid snow storm left some Missoulians reeling to get shovels and ice melt, others were out and about Sunday.

“Knowing it was coming helped, I was very prepared for the snow, got my yard ready for winter and just watched the weather and watch it come in," said Missoula resident Susan Gumm.

Although temperatures Sunday topped out at the mid-teens and low 20s, Gumm took to Bonner Park to walk her dog and enjoy the sunshine.

Gumm says that everyone should try to get out while they can.

“This is just so beautiful, the sun's out, the sky's blue, the mountains are white, it's amazing. And, well, you can't change the weather so you might as well get out and enjoy the weather while you can," said Gumm.
