BOZEMAN — The city of Bozeman looks a lot different today than it did ten years ago, which is why the 2020 Census is so important for this community and neighboring communities here in Gallatin County.

If you haven’t already completed the questionnaire, don’t worry — it’s not too late. Residents have until Sept. 30 to fill it out, and officials can’t stress enough how important it is.

“It’s less than ten minutes, a few easy questions, and again I think it really makes a difference in this year in particular. They won’t do it for another ten years," Bozeman Deputy Mayor Cyndy Andrus said.

"So, if we’re able to hit that 50,000 mark, 50,000 folks in our community, then we have those additional funding opportunities that otherwise would not be available to us," she added.

The questionnaire can be completed online, through mail or over the phone. For more information, visit here.
