This mural depicts Joaquin Oliver, a victim of a mass shooting at Stoneman Douglas High School in Florida. Joaquin's father began painting the mural in El Paso this weekend, hours before Saturday's mass shooting. Sunday's march to end violence finished at the mural. Sunday would have been Joaquin's 19th birthday.
