The town of Conrad is getting creative to try to keep people safe from coronavirus this Halloween.

The annual Trunk Or Treat event has been changed to (Fire) Truck Or Treat this year.

According to the Conrad Chamber of Commerce, participating businesses will provide bags of candy for Chamber members to collect.

The candy will be sorted into individual bags and given to the town’s fire department to deliver.

On Halloween, firefighters will drive down every block in town with their sirens on and deliver bags of candy to kids waiting outside.

Kids are asked to only come outside when they hear the sirens in their street, not to chase the fire trucks, and not to come to another block to receive candy.
