The object was standing under the Fremont Street Experience canopy as of Friday afternoon.

A Fremont Street Experience spokesperson said the team first noticed the object in the early morning hours on Friday but no further immediate information was available to share.
Another similar monolith was recently discovered in a remote area of Utah back in November before it vanished a few days later.
