Expect mostly sunny skies the next few days as high pressure remains anchored across the region.

Unfortunately, we’ll continue to see more and more smoke from regional wildfires pumped right into the northern Rockies making for hazy days with degrading air quality.

Highs will run above average topping out in the 80s.

Monday afternoon looks to be a breezy one, so Fire Weather Watches have been posted along the Divide due to that factor along with hot/dry conditions.

Our ridge looks to break down beginning Tuesday night providing a chance for a few showers and thunderstorms to develop with a southwesterly flow.

The best chance looks to be Wednesday… still, hazy skies are likely to remain in the extended forecast with temps at or above average for this time of year.
