MISSOULA – The man who led police on a manhunt in East Missoula earlier this year wants a new lawyer.
35-year-old William Dale Newhoff requested new council Wednesday in Missoula District Court.
The manhunt on January 30 ended with Newhoff being caught in East Missoula off Dakota Avenue
Newhoff ran from police when U.S. Marshals tried to apprehend him on an arrest warrant.
Newhoff was scheduled for an arraignment and a petition to revoke, but those items will be continued until he receives new council.
