MISSOULA — The Missoula City Council is expected to make a decision regarding flavored tobacco following weeks of deliberation and public comment.
The proposal aims to regulate tobacco sales and prohibit the sale of flavored tobacco products.
The proposed ordinance would make it a violation to display and sell those flavored tobacco products at retail shops in Missoula and five miles outside city limits.
Community members have taken to public comment in recent city council meetings to express support and opposition to the proposal.
