SHEPHERD — A young bald eagle recently released near Shepherd was released back in her habitat Monday.
A Shepherd couple, Cary and Julie Betts, found the bird cold and malnourished in early February.
They took the eagle and one other rescued eagle to the Montana Raptor Conservation Center, where they recovered.
