FLORENCE — Authorities have released the name of the Florence woman who died in a Friday afternoon multi-vehicle crash on US Highway 93.
Ravalli County Sheriff Steve Holton reports that 61-year-old Christine Howe of Florence died in the three-vehicle accident north of Florence that also sent two people to the hospital.
"The Ravalli County Sheriff's Office sends condolences, thoughts, and prayers to Mrs. Howe's family and our community during this time of grief," Sheriff Holton said in a statement.
The Montana Highway Patrol is continuing to investigate the crash.
