MISSOULA — We have an update to a Rebound report we brought you last month.

Over the course of the last eight weeks, the Missoula Downtown Foundation has raised just over $100,000 to support downtown businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In order to get downtown Missoula up and running, the foundation established the Downtown Missoula Business Support Fund which will help local businesses cover the cost of items like rent, utilities, and other business-related expenses.

So far 73 Downtown Missoula businesses have received financial support to cover non-payroll expenses.

Nearly 60 Missoula-area businesses and individuals contributed to the Missoula Downtown Foundation’s spring campaign to support downtown businesses during this unprecedented time of economic uncertainty.
