MISSOULA — The Missoula Police Department issued a MEANS alert Monday night requesting emergency travel only due to hazardous road conditions throughout the city.
The Missoula Sheriff's Office also issued a MEANS alert at 8:15 p.m. advising travelers to avoid Miller Creek Road due to dangerous road conditions. The alert asked travelers to use an alternative route from Lower Miller Creek to Linda Vista.
The Sheriff's Office asks that people do not call 911 regarding this alert.
