LOLO — It's the end of an era for the old Lolo School.

Crews began demolishing the buildings, some of which had been vandalized, on Tuesday.

The school has been vacant after a new $26 million school on Farm Lane opened in September 2023.

There are plans to build a subdivision at the location of the old school on U.S. Highway 93.
